Manager assistant

Job Responsibilities:


1.Responsible for the management of relevant documents and the drafting of documents;


2.Responsible for sending and receiving faxes and express delivery;

3.Responsible for the reception of guests, responsible for customer consultation to answer questions;


4.Responsible for the companys email communication with foreign customers, business quotes;


5.Responsible for assisting superior leaders in the preparation of enterprise meetings and writing meeting minutes;


6.Responsible for the companys relevant certificate certification audit work;


7.Complete other tasks assigned by leaders




Job Qualification:


1.Bachelor degree or above;


2.Can be a translator in English communication;


3.More than 1 year related working experience is preferred;


4.Good communication and coordination skills;


5.Meticulous, rigorous work, adhere to the principle, have a good ability to work under pressure;


6.Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
