Job Responsibilities: | |
1.Responsible for the management of relevant documents and the drafting of documents; | |
2.Responsible for sending and receiving faxes and express delivery; | |
3.Responsible for the reception of guests, responsible for customer consultation to answer questions; | |
4.Responsible for the companys email communication with foreign customers, business quotes; | |
5.Responsible for assisting superior leaders in the preparation of enterprise meetings and writing meeting minutes; | |
6.Responsible for the companys relevant certificate certification audit work; | |
7.Complete other tasks assigned by leaders | |
Job Qualification: | |
1.Bachelor degree or above; | |
2.Can be a translator in English communication; | |
3.More than 1 year related working experience is preferred; | |
4.Good communication and coordination skills; | |
5.Meticulous, rigorous work, adhere to the principle, have a good ability to work under pressure; | |
6.Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication. | |
