Job Responsibilities: | ||
1、Be responsible for after-sale product installation, commissioning and operation training. | ||
2、Equipment repair and operation and maintenance advice. | ||
3、Familiar with the process and methods of after-sales work, carefully record customer feedback. | ||
4、Company product pre-sales technical consultation, technical plan drafting. | ||
5、Responsible for the summary and preparation of installation guidance documents.Responsible for collecting, analyzing, summarizing and reporting product quality problems. | ||
6、Consolidate and strengthen good relationship with customers, improve customer satisfaction. | ||
7、Grasp the customer spare parts sales opportunities. | ||
8、Complete other work assigned by leader. | ||
Job Qualification: | ||
1,College degree or above, major in electronic information, mechatronics, automation, electronics is preferred; | ||
2,More than one year field service experience; | ||
3,Automation instrument industry background is preferred; | ||
4,Diligent and practical, with good team spirit;Practical and serious to work, strong sense of responsibility. | ||
